Andi and Jan wanted to build two houses that could be used independently while sharing common spaces and a pool. In Cala Gat, in the northeast of the island, they found the perfect plot.

Our project brings this idea to life: one house is oriented southeast, the other southwest, and at the center lies the heart of the project—a spacious communal area with a small kitchen, a large dining table, a cozy fireplace, and the pool. Everything is oriented south to maximise Mallorca’s light and climate.

The result is a harmonious balance between privacy and shared spaces. The building’s design features an iconic shape, a modern reinterpretation of traditional Mallorcan architecture. A standout feature is the stone cladding on the upper floor, giving the house its distinctive character.

Andi and Jan are thrilled with their future family retreat, a place where they will create countless unforgettable moments. Construction is already underway.
