This building, dating back to the 12th century, is located in the heart of Palma’s old town, in a very narrow street near La Lonja.
Like many structures of its kind, it has lived through different eras, undergone numerous restorations, and served various purposes—ranging from apartments and noble houses to nightclubs.
Florian entrusted us with the task of restoring and securing the building, preserving its beautiful historical features while creating open and clean spaces for exhibitions and cultural gatherings.
For us, as architects, this project presents a unique challenge, requiring a special set of skills, sensitivity, and an eye for detail. We’ve brought together a dedicated team of architects, engineers, and historians to ensure a respectful yet practical restoration.
